-no rush shipping .ᐟ- most couriers don’t pick up parcels from our home since we’re more than 3km from their branch so we drop them off ; to save transpo fees, we only ship once a week so please be patient

-pay on time .ᐟ- most of my gos are nonprofit so i may not always have extra money to shoulder the payment on your behalf ;-; to avoid delays, kindly pay within the deadline agreed upon

-or pay the late payment fee .ᐟ- in order to avoid frequent late payments, a late payment fee of ₱50 per day beyond the dop shall be imposed

-strictly no cancellations .ᐟ- please be 100% sure before you submit an order ;-; if you insists on cancelling, a 50% cancellation fee shall be charged ; that means if you’ve paid a half dp already, no refunds will be given and if you’ve paid in full, only half will be refunded (this will apply regardless of reason for cancellation)

-no unboxing, no refund .ᐟ- kindly make sure to always film an unboxing video while opening your parcels ; the video needs to be raw, uncut, or unedited ; this is to make sure we really are at fault ; this may also be submitted as an evidence in case the fault is in the courier’s end

-shipping is out of my control .ᐟ- whatever happens to your parcel while it is in transit is out of my hands ;-; i will not be liable for any damages caused by the courier ; however, in case a problem occurs, i’ll do my best to help
